Tibor Csernus remained a Hungarian painter despite living in solitude in an atelier in Montmartre, and created a grand and outstanding body of work. His paintings have duly earned their place in various private and public collections around the world. His oeuvre comprises of diverse periods that are stylistically distinct, while they remain organically linked in their evolution.
